- Relied on D-Cube™ (web-enabled Delphi Technique) to efficiently gather faculty input
- Over multiple e-Delphi-rounds, faculty reached consensus on the mission statement, without meeting face-to-face
- The e-Delphi process allowed faculty to express views anonymously, objectively, anytime and from anywhere
- Faculty, including those initially skeptical, actively participated and came to own the process and the mission
- Roosevelt continues to rely on the D-Cube™ to facilitate other assessment activities without faculty having to meet face-to-face

- Entailed a partnership for end-to-end assessment, involving all five of EduMetry’s steps
- Small faculty teaching in a graduate program in both the U.S. and on its Hong Kong campus
- Faculty had done preliminary work on identifying SLOs but were already stretched
- Administrators committed to high-quality assessment but with minimal burden on faculty
The Outcome
- Relied on the D-Cube™ to efficiently and easily assimilate faculty input in a matter of weeks
- D-Cube™ used for faculty input in both curriculum mapping and the design of rubrics
- Work is in progress in two graduate programs (M.B.A. and Master of Accounting)
- Tentative plans to retain EduMetry for carrying out assessment of much larger undergraduate program
